Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging, where possible.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components that came with the item.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items showing signs of use or misuse.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless required by applicable law).
  • Gift cards, where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at danny_dominguez@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  4. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, LuxeNest Home will cover the cost of return shipping.

Customers should not return items until return instructions have been provided.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, LuxeNest Home does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still qualify for return under this policy.
