At LuxeNest Home, we are committed to providing quality furniture and home décor products. This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage available for eligible purchases.

Limited Warranty Coverage

LuxeNest Home provides a 3-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the defective product or defective part; or

  • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Faulty materials.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Structural defects that occur under normal intended use.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, fading, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care.

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or installation.

  • Damage resulting from exposure to excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Commercial or business use of products intended for residential use.

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.

  • Damage occurring during transportation after delivery has been accepted.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us before the warranty period expires.

Your request should include:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number or proof of purchase.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the defect.

Warranty claims may require additional information to help us evaluate the issue.

Claim Review

After reviewing your warranty claim, LuxeNest Home will determine whether the issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.

If approved, we may repair, replace, or refund the product at our sole discretion.

Replacement products may be the same model or a comparable product of equal value if the original item is no longer available.

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend the original warranty period after a repair or replacement.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by LuxeNest Home and replaces any implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeNest Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
